Self-Exclusion Programme

How It Works

  1. 1Speak confidentially with a manager at either of our venues
  2. 2Choose your exclusion period (minimum 6 months, up to 5 years)
  3. 3Complete a self-exclusion agreement form
  4. 4Your exclusion takes effect immediately at both locations

Self-exclusion requests are treated with complete confidentiality. To discuss self-exclusion, please speak to a duty manager or contact us.
